Scope of work
What is included and what is not
Included
- Keyword research: the queries people use to look for your products, services and topics.
- Clustering: groups of queries that a single page covers.
- Search intent: what users expect to see for a query.
- Mapping queries to existing and new pages.
- Section and URL structure, page hierarchy.
- Finding keyword cannibalization — pages competing for the same query.
- Internal linking.
Not included
- Writing copy — that is content SEO.
- Development and front-end build of new sections.
- Buying external links.
Approach
How page decisions are made
For each query group, we decide what to do with it: create a new page, update an existing one, merge several pages, repurpose a page, protect it from changes or leave it as is. We make these decisions using a single model and record the reasons.
Before proposing a new page, we check existing coverage: whether an existing page already covers the query. This way, the site does not end up with pages that compete with each other.
Automated grouping speeds up the initial analysis; a specialist reviews the final mapping of queries to pages.
Deliverables
What you get
Keyword set
Queries grouped by search intent and mapped to pages.
Structure map
Sections, pages and URLs: what exists, what to update, what to add.
Internal linking plan
Which pages to link to each other and with which anchor texts.
Process
How we work
01
Collection and grouping
We collect queries, filter out irrelevant ones and group them by search intent.
02
Matching to pages
We compare query groups with existing pages and find gaps and overlaps.
03
Structure and links
We propose structure changes and an internal linking plan.
When to use it
When you need it
- your site is growing, and new pages appear without an overall logic;
- several pages compete for the same queries;
- you are planning a new section or a site migration;
- it is unclear which pages are missing.
What to know in advance
- The goal is not maximum query coverage, but queries that match your business.
- Search volume is an estimate from search engines and tools, not a traffic forecast.
- Merging, removing and moving pages happens only after your approval.
