Scope of work
What the audit includes
Included
- Technical audit: crawling, indexing, canonical tags, redirects, sitemap, robots, structured data.
- Structure analysis: sections, page hierarchy, URLs, internal links.
- Keyword and content issues: gaps, keyword cannibalization, pages without a clear purpose.
- Priorities: what is critical, what is important, what can wait.
- A task list and implementation recommendations.
- On request, a GEO audit module: structure, entity clarity, content, sources and structured data from the perspective of generative search.
Not included
- Implementing the changes. This can continue as part of ongoing support or be handled by your own team.
- Audits of PPC advertising and SMM.
- Guarantees of rankings or traffic.
Who it is for
When to start with an audit
- you are starting SEO work or changing your SEO provider;
- search traffic has dropped and it is unclear why;
- a site migration, redesign or new section is planned;
- you need to know what to do first before investing in content or development.
The scope of the audit depends on the size and setup of the site. We agree on it before work begins.
Deliverables
What you get
A report with findings
Technical, structural and content issues, with an explanation of what each one affects.
A prioritized task list
What to fix first and why.
Implementation recommendations
How to fix each issue, in a form your team or developer can work with.
Process
How the audit works
01
Inputs
Business goals, priority sections, and access to site data, if available.
02
Diagnostics
A crawl of the site with our own crawler, plus analysis of structure, keywords and content.
03
Report
Findings, priorities and a task list with implementation recommendations.
Limitations
What you should know
- The audit captures the state of the site at the time of review; it is worth repeating after significant changes.
- The crawler analyzes the source HTML of pages. If content is rendered only with JavaScript, this requires a separate review.
- The GEO module is an expert analysis; it does not include automated measurement of visibility in generative systems.
- The audit shows what is holding the site back and what to do, but on its own it does not guarantee higher rankings.
