What we do
You can choose ongoing support, a single area of work or start with an audit. The scope depends on the site and the task.
SEO promotion and ongoing support
Ongoing work on organic visibility: priorities, implementation, checking the results of changes.
Technical SEO
Indexing, duplicate pages, redirects, sitemap and structured data — and checks that site updates have not broken anything.
Keywords, structure and internal linking
Collecting and grouping search queries, mapping them to pages, section structure and internal links.
Content SEO
Content built around real search demand: search intent, page purpose, briefs, updates to existing pages.
SEO process automation
Automation of repetitive SEO tasks: data collection, checks and reports — with quality control.
SEO audit
Site diagnostics: technical errors, structure, content and a prioritized task list.
How we work
From diagnostics to checking the results
01
Diagnostics
We crawl the site, check indexing and technical health, and review which pages already exist and how they are linked.
02
Keywords and structure
We collect search queries, group them by search intent and map them to existing pages.
03
Priorities
We decide what comes first: what to fix, what to update, what to create and what to leave as is.
04
Implementation
Changes follow an agreed plan; deleting or merging pages and publishing happen only after approval.
05
Checking the results of changes
We compare the site with its baseline state and check for new errors and losses. Then the cycle repeats.
Why OrganicOps
Changes with a reason and a check
SEO easily turns into a set of disconnected tasks: something gets fixed, something gets published, and what actually changed in the end is unclear. We run SEO as a process in which it is clear why each action was taken and what it led to.
We record the state before changes
For technical checks we use our own crawler. We compare the site before and after changes to catch errors and losses in time.
We don’t create unnecessary pages
Before proposing a new page, we check whether an existing page already covers the query. Sometimes it is more useful to update or merge what already exists.
Decisions by consistent rules
Create, update, merge or leave as is — we make page decisions using a single model and record the reasons. AI helps with analysis and drafts, but decisions about site structure follow verifiable rules, not a neural network’s answer.
Where to start
Start with an SEO audit
The audit shows what is holding your site back in search and what to do first. The scope depends on the size and setup of the site — we agree on it before work begins.
What you get:
- Report with findings — technical, structural and content issues, and what each one affects.
- Prioritized task list — what to fix first and why.
- Implementation recommendations — in a form your team or developer can work with.
Implementation can continue as part of ongoing support or be handled by your own team.
Principle
We don’t automate chaos. We build the system first.
Automation is useful when the process, data sources, decision rules and quality checks are clear. So we first bring order to the data and the process, and then automate repetitive SEO tasks. Ambiguous and risky decisions stay with a human.
We use sustainable SEO methods — no manipulative tactics, hidden schemes or mass spam.
What we’re building
GEO — optimization for generative search
We are developing GEO as an extension of SEO: we work to make the site’s structure, entities and content easier for search and generative systems to understand.
For now, it is a module of the SEO audit: we analyze site structure, entity clarity, content, sources and structured data. We do not guarantee inclusion in the answers of generative systems — that is decided by the systems themselves.
Questions
Frequently asked questions
What does ongoing SEO work include?
A regular cycle: diagnostics, keyword research, technical tasks, content, internal links and checks of the site’s state before and after changes. We revise the plan as the site and demand change. Learn more: SEO promotion and ongoing support.
How does the work start?
Usually with an SEO audit: it records the site’s baseline state and gives a first list of priorities. If an audit has already been done, we start with the inputs — business goals, priority sections and access to the site’s data.
How is a systematic approach different from one-off fixes?
Every change has a reason and a priority. After implementation we compare the site with its baseline state to catch errors and losses, and update the plan for the next cycle.
What can be automated in SEO?
Repetitive tasks: data collection and processing, checks and reports. We first set up the process and quality control, then speed it up. Ambiguous and risky decisions stay with a human. Learn more: SEO process automation.
Do you promise specific rankings or traffic growth?
No. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic volume or growth timelines: they are determined by search engines, demand and competitors. We are responsible for what depends on us: the quality of diagnostics, correct implementation and control of changes — at every stage it is clear what was done, why, and what changed on the site.
What is not included?
PPC advertising, SMM and website development outside SEO tasks. Deleting or merging pages, publishing and other risky changes happen only after approval.
