By checking the box «I consent to the processing of my personal data» in a form on the website https://organicops.ru (the «Website») and submitting the form, I, acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give specific, particular, informed, conscious, and unambiguous consent to the processing of my personal data on the following terms.
1. Controller

2. Purpose of processing
Considering my inquiry or request submitted through a form on the Website, contacting me about the inquiry, and preparing and sending a response or a commercial proposal at my request.
3. List of personal data
The data I provide in the form fields: name, e-mail address and/or phone number, and the text of the inquiry.
If a form does not contain all of the fields listed, only the data requested in it is processed.
4. Actions with personal data and the method of processing
Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, amendment), extraction, use, blocking, erasure, and destruction. Processing is carried out using automation tools.
Transfer (provision, access) — only in the cases established by the legislation of the Russian Federation. Personal data is not disclosed to the public. Personal data is stored on the Website’s server, located within the territory of the Russian Federation.
5. Term and withdrawal of consent
5.1. Consent is valid until the purpose of processing is achieved, but no longer than 1 year from the date it is given, or until it is withdrawn.
5.2. I may withdraw my consent by sending the Controller a letter to the e-mail address step.el3@yandex.ru. When consent is withdrawn, the Controller stops processing and, if retaining the personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes of processing, destroys it within no more than 30 days of the date the withdrawal is received, unless otherwise provided by a contract to which I am a party, another agreement with me, or federal law (Part 5, Article 21 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ «On Personal Data»). The Controller may continue processing without consent where grounds specified in Clauses 2–11, Part 1, Article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ exist.
5.3. Records of the fact of my consent (date, document revision, form) are kept for the duration of the processing of my personal data and for 3 years after it ends — to confirm that consent was obtained.
6. Confirmations
I confirm that:
- I have read the Personal Data Processing Policy;
- I am providing my own personal data, or data that I have a lawful basis to transfer;
- I understand that this consent does not include consent to receive advertising and informational mailings, which is given separately and voluntarily.
